一、基本情況

肖劍榮,男,湖南洞口人,教授,工學博士,碩士生導師。廣西本科高校物理學類教學指導委員會委員,廣西物理學會第十三屆理事會副理事長,電子元器件關鍵材料與技術專業委員會常務委員,桂林理工大學應用物理學專業(國家一流專業負責人,Chemical Engineering JournalJournal of alloys & compoundsThin solid Films等學術期刊論文審稿人。近年來,主持完成國家、省自然科學基金等科研項目7項,目前,主持國家、省部級科研項目3項。以第一或通訊作者身份在Journal of Materials Science & TechnologyDiamond & Related MaterialsJournal of Physics D Applied Physics物理學報等國内外學術期刊上發表SCI/EI收錄論文100餘篇,申請發明專利10項,出版學術專著2部。主持及參與省級教改項目5項,發表教改論文10餘篇,獲省級教學成果二等獎、三等獎各1項,主編教材4/套。
